No audio in short length files, missing start of audio

When any kind of audio file is played, 100~ms of the beginning is skipped and cannot be heared even when starting back at 0 seconds.

It is impossible to listen to the beginning 100~ms of audio.

This results in when playing small length audio files, such as sound effects, to not be heard at all.

I have attatched 2 wav sound effects to compare.

The first one, 'Bump 1.wav', only the very end can be heard.

The second one, 'Bump 2.wav', it is impossible to hear at all.
