Wrong picture size in video core

Since http://git.videolan.org/?p=vlc.git;a=commitdiff;h=b71c85b3d88b8d0ad2d4a63bf58ebcd2ad771cbf , video size is wrong is the core, now i_width/i_height is aligned on 16 pixels, and doesn't reflect the real video size.

I don't know if the commit was wrong, or if the core is buggy and does not use the correct values (i_width/i_height instead of i_visible_width/i_visible_height), or both.

I noticed this behavior when using vmem and libvlc_video_take_snapshot. With a 640x340 video, they both produce the attached image (640x352, with a gray band below).
