[Crash] VLC 2.0.8 segfault playing video

VLC segfault when i try to play movies. avi is playing fine. mp4, flv, mkv segfault vlc maybe others, i could no check that. I removed the config-file to have a new config, this did not help. Self-Compiled vlc 2.0.7 did work without problems.

System: Ubuntu 12.04.2, 64bit. VLC: 2.0.8 self-compiled. Compiler: gcc version 4.6.3 (Ubuntu/Linaro 4.6.3-1ubuntu5)

Steps to reproduce:

open terminal
start vlc from terminal playing video with 'vlc video.avi'
vlc starts and crashes immediately
