Chapter support in MP4

Chapters in MP4 (GPAC) are now supported in the container, but there is no support in VLC. According to doom9 support for subs and chapters is available in QuickTime in a standard format and information along with references on this is also available in the doom9 forums. As to how difficult this would be to implement in VLC is unknown.

I will try to get some samples of Chapters in MP4 using MP4Box. So you can look at this one. I believe in the newest version of GPAC there are 2 supported styles, I will make some short samples of both styles in the next few days and make note of availability here.
