prevent built-in automatic graphics switching feature in OS X

when vlc is staring OS X always change the graphics to the power hungry dedicated gpu in macbook pros. While the new HDXXXX graphics cards deliver sufficient power to decode video streams or video data there is no need to switch to dedicated gnu. Avoiding the automatic switch would last in more fun to watch digital content with vlc.
