Http Live Streaming in 2.1 generates output that confuses iOS position info

this happens with two specific mkv clips in my test suite. (tested on mac os 1.3.0-git-6821-gfbb82370)

when I use 2.1 to transcode the clip to liveHttp, the resulting stream confuses iOS players.

the player will play the clip, but the position indicator jumps to ~5hrs and searching within the clip is impossible.

NB: prior to Ileoo's commit of ~18 June, the clips were not playable at all, though vlc did generate output.

by comparison, vlc 2.0.5 generates output which is correctly handled by iOS.
