Subtitles not working after seeking

Looking at a video (.mkv container) with subtitles ON. After swipping with 2 fingers on the trackpad to forward the video, the subtitles disappear. The only way to get them back is to close the video, and reopen it.

Tested only on Mac OS X - 10.8.x
