Fullscreen view without scaling

Video outputs should offer an option to view videos fullscreen, without scaling it

That'd improve quality, by not pixellising, even if other techniques are used in fullscreen to avoid pixellisation.

The video output would show black borders all around the video.

This used to be the default for X video output some time ago, so should be fairly easy to do
