Bring VLC window to foreground on new video start (Windows)

Hi,

I'm using Win7 and when I first invoke VLC player (by clicking on some video file), the window is shown in foreground as it should be... now when I want to invoke another video with VLC already running the window is not brought into foreground .. I have to click on it's taskbar "icon".

this is quite annoying and probably a small thing to fix.
