VLC 2.06 web plugin not working with Internet Explorer ( Windows 7) 64 bit

Hello,

I am trying to view rtsp video on Internet explorer using axvlc.dll. The version 2.04 works fine. I upgraded to 2.06 and i am not able to see the video.Even the sample application C:\Program Files (x86)\VideoLAN\VLC\sdk\activex\test.html does not works with internet explorer.

It works with chrome but not with IE.

My system configurations are as below.

Windows 7
IE9

Version 2.04 works fine with IE.Does some api has changed to access VLC video on IE?
