Select all / Right click / Play with VLC media player from Windows Explorer plays files in random order

Open a folder in Windows Explorer containing some mp3s. select all. Right click. Play with VLC media player.

What happens: the files are added to vlc's playlist in a random order, and start playing from the last.

What should happen: the files are added in the order they appeared in Windows Explorer (or if that's not possible, in Windows Explorer's sort by filename order). The files should play starting with the first.

Then users would be able to listen to albums easily.

Someone previously reported the bug at #6112 (closed) but it was closed because it wasn't clear enough. I hope this is clearer. My 40 USD bounty still stands.
