2.0.6 regression: OGM file plays audio but not video

OS: Windows 7 SP1 (64-bit) VLC Player: 2.0.6 -> reverted back to 2.0.5 Hardware: Core i7-3370K, eVGA GTX 680 FTW (4GB).

I just updated to 2.0.6. I tried playing some older OGM files and the audio plays but not the video. I tried resetting my preferences and I updated my graphics drivers but no luck. I finally tried disabling the video track and then re-enabling and the video portion finally started playing. This has been tested on both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of 2.0.6 VLC Player. I reverted to 2.0.5 and the video plays correctly there.
