win32 npvlc.dll dependency without LIBGCC_S_SJLJ-1.DLL

Hi,there is a bug in last vlc release version 2.0.6 win32 ,This is NPAPI DLL name “NPVLC.DLL” in path “VIdeoLAN/VLC”,tool Dependensies show there is a dll name “LIBGCC_S_SJLJ-1.DLL” couldn’t found, Please rebuild release and replace download file;
