VLC plays the audio from a .wmv file as noise (plays fine in mplayer)

Hi all,

thanks for VLC - I absolutely love it.

http://www.shlomifish.org/Files/files/video/pal.wmv - this .wmv file (recorded by a friend and given to me) plays fine in mplayer, but using vlc the audio plays as loud noise. I am using Mageia Linux 3 x86-64 with vlc-2.0.5-8.mga3.tainted and the other packages from the tainted repository.

Please look into fixing it.
