vlc displays wrong start time for .ogv files created with oggz-chop

if you use oggz-chop in debian wheezy (oggz-tools 1.1.1-1), then the file that plays in vlc displays the start time as the first cut point in the original file. that number updates as the video progresses, by adding that incorrect number to the elapsed time.

the end time displays the length of the cut video, as expected.

also, the floating hover window that follows the mouse along the progress bar displays the time of the video correctly.
