libavcodec 55 regression: jerky video playback

With recent versions, VLC drops a lot pictures, all slightly late. The delay is few tens of milliseconds, the value seems constant per video file.

This results in a jerky rendering. The CPU is way way underused. Disabling threaded decoding makes no difference. Hardware decoding is not supported.

No such problems with VLC 2.0.5.
