VLC crashes while starting with a m3u (rtp / IPTV) file

Hello

sometimes VLC 2.0.6 crashes if I double click on the "Alice TV.m3u" file. I have tried different builds from here: http://nightlies.videolan.org/build/win32/?C=M;O=D

STR a) VLC is closed b) double click on Alice TV.m3u (.m3u associated with VLC) c) VLC starts and crashes sometimes directly with an empty crash report file (report cannot be send on next start)
