Forward Error Correction multicast streaming

In order to support multicast streaming over wifi, VLC should be able to support some kind of FEC protocol. An experimental program using FEC to stream mp3 has been made. It may be used as sample code for FEC support in VLC. Here is an other link about multicast video streaming over wifi.
