Wrong Mpeg PS duration

When I copy un dvd on my computer, a vob file. I change the extension in MPG. When I play the video with VLC and with an another (like WMP), the elapsed time is not the same. For 02:00 true minute, with vlc, I have 01:20.

I try with the latest version and the 1.1.9
