Option to set start buffersize of live555 for rtsp-livestreams

Feature request for an option to set the start buffer size of live555 for rtsp-livestreams (h264). The buffer for the first frame of an rtsp stream is set to 65536 (/modules/access/live555.cpp -> line 805/806). This produce faulty pictures at the start since the buffer is increased (max. 2000000 -> line 1834) to a value higher then the size in bytes of the picture.

Is it possible to develop a feature that allow to set this value?
