SAP Announce Format Wrong

In 0.8.6-test1 (running on intel Mac, possibly exists in other versions)

A SAP announce specified thus on the server:

http://uctv.canberra.edu.au/documentation/engineering-waypoint/vlc-tech/img/vlc-086-test1-sap.jpg/image_view_fullscreen

Yields a SAP announce on the client that does not work:

http://uctv.canberra.edu.au/documentation/engineering-waypoint/vlc-tech/img/vlc-086-test1-sap-receive.jpg/image_view_fullscreen
