TS Recording of DVB-T freezes randomly

I have recorded some ts video of TV Channel using VLC by this sout parameter

:sout=#file{dst=R:\\temp.ts} :sout-keep

It can generate the ts file successfully,but the playback is freezing randomly.

**The freezing would not happen when the recording does not save subtitle(teletext).
