Support HTTPS certificate on OSX

Using the latest (vlc-2.1.0-x86_64-20121106-0110) on OS X 10.6.8 https streaming does not work. Debug says:

access_http error: cannot establish HTTP/TLS session

Using http://dl.dropbox.com/u/14924522/vlc-2.1.0-tls-test2.zip from http://trac.videolan.org/vlc/ticket/6214 works fine.
