Invalid PCR value in ES_OUT_SET_(GROUP_)PCR

Running a .ogv video file ~~attached~~{{{}}} (you can download from y personal blog http://shakaran.net/blog/wp-content/vlc/demo-couchdb.ogv) always shows this warnings and errors. The video seems a little laggy and choppy. I am using Ubuntu 12.10 fully updated.
