"Error evaluating rc_eq (null)" and skippy video when doing WMV2 transcoding with 2.0.4

Hello,

this bug appeared in 2.0.4, when doing WMV2 transcoding...

cvlc dvb:// --dvb-frequency=690000000 --program=3 --sout-ffmpeg-rc-buffer-size=1835008 --sout '#transcode{vcodec=WMV2,vb=1000,scale=0.5}:standard{access=http,mux=ts,dst=192.168.1.100:1234}'

I get a bunch of messages like this:

[wmv2 @ 0x7ffacc0246e0] Error evaluating rc_eq "(null)"
[wmv2 @ 0x7ffacc0246e0] Provided packet is too small, needs to be 1364700

...
etc.

and when I try to play the video it plays like 1 FPS per second, skipping the frames in between.
