Hebrew subtitles are encoded ISO-8859-8

Hebrew subtitles, as they are commonly found online, are mostly encoded ISO-8859-8.

But they seem to be decoded as UTF-8, which causes wrong characters.

Tested with 2.1.0~~git20120915+r2053-0~~r85~~quantal1 .
