Since 2.0.x, XVid encoded with "Bulletproof's Heavy Compression Matrix" are blurred with libav

Since 2.0.x, video encoded with XVid "Bulletproof's Heavy Compression Matrix" are viewed blurred. With older version (1.1.11) it is shown correctly. I have tested only on windows 7, x64. Please find the sample attached.
