Playback mp3 streams broken

Since nightly build 20060910 it is not possible to playback mp3/aacp streams any more.

After "connection in progress" no ICY protocol messages are processed. The bug is related to libvlc.dll, using libvlc.dll from build 20060909 causes no error at later nightlies. Normal file playback is not affected.
