VLC doesn't render Ogg (Mode 1) codec.
¡Hi! Well, I wanted to know how to render files into WebM containers. I've research the web, and finally, I can encode AVI videos with Google VP8 video codec and Ogg Vorbis (Mode 1) audio codec.
The problem is: When I open a video file with Ogg Vorbis (Mode1) audio codec, VLC shows me a warning, which say this:
VLC doesn't support the audio or video format <<vor 1>>. Unfortunately, there is no way to fix it.
I know what the <<vor 1>> belongs to the (Mode 1) of Ogg Vorbis audio codec.
The video looks great (Unless I seek throughout the video. If I do this, the video freezes.), which is encoded with Google VP8 video codec, but, the audio Ogg Vorbis... VLC just doesn't play it.
I can show you a screenshot: http://imgur.com/1GLqb
Here is my data: eMail: yucaso_cabrera@hotmail.es OS: Windows 7 SP1 x86 VLC Version: The last. 2.0.3 Hardware: Intel Graphic Card and Realtek High Definition Audio device. Exact situation: Described above ¿Can I reprodude the problem?: Yes.
This only happens with the Ogg Vorbis Modes (1, 1+, 2, 2+, 3, 3+) In video and audio files. I can play other things without problem.
So... that's the problem. I would like you can fix it :)
Thanks in advance and greetings from Ecuador :D
