Can't play MPEG transport stream files

Playing MPEG transport stream files (such as downloaded from BBC Redux) results in only the audio playing and no video. The same files play just fine in older versions (eg 1.1.7) of VLC.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
