http mp4 streaming related playback stutters
Here's what I am seeing when streaming the above:
vlc downloads a small chunk, then waits for it to play out, when it needs the next chunk, there is a visual and audio stutter, it seems to be (frequently or always) dropping the connection and reconnecting for each new chunk.
At a minimum there should be no dropping of the connection and no stutters. But additionally, there should be an open stream option to download and locally cache at max speed.
