Sound drop out every 9 - 10 seconds while playing

Sound cuts out every few Seconds, effects a variety of media types.

VLC error log isn't logging anything while playing and audio drops out. Tested playing the formats data attached.

It works fine playing in MediaPlayer and if I downgrade VLC to 1.x. OS: Windows 7 Enterprise x64 Have tried to reinstall, remove, cleanup, install and reboot in between without any difference.

It doesn't matter if I play to Speakers (jack) Digital (Coax or Optical) - S/PDIF.

Anything I can do, or is it an bug?
