Service discovery item removal should not stop playback

The SAP discovery plugin sometimes expires playlist entry, which in turn causes the playback to stop, if the active playlist item is from SAP... even if the associated multicast stream is still perfectly useable.

This is very annoying. There however would seem to be a bigger problem - items appear to go away for no reason after sometime: they show up again by stopping and restarting the SAP plugin.
