Volume Control and Device select doesn't working.

As for VLC 1.1.x everything was working except x264 10bit codec, then in VLC 2.0.1 - Device select dosn't working, i can't use because it plays on my box speaker not on my main speakers (both have the same name in windows 7)

As for VLC 2.1.* (nightbuild), The same problem, but this time I can select "Default" sound card and then i hear sound from my main speakers, but still volume control doesn't working.

What can i debug to help fix it?
