Qt4: saved volume does not work as advertized

Hello,

1°) Set "Always reset audio start level to:" to 0%, click Save, close preference and use vlc with the sound level at 100%.

2°)Close VLC

3°) Open VLC. The indicator of the sound is 0% but the real sound is 100%.
