Playing a MKV file completely from beginning to the end works fine. But if you come across with the idea to fast-forward to a position where you i.e. has stopped watching, video and audio aren in sync anymore. This happens with all 2.x versions I have tried (including the night builds).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
