Preferred audio language doesn't work everytime

In most of the cases it works correctly but one specific example is euronews channel with multiple audio tracks. I have set "eng" as the preferred audio language but vlc always selects persian when I switch to the channel in the playlist even if english audio is available in the stream too and vlc recognizes it:
