fullscreen via http interface broken if 'show video within main window' deselected

0. set vlc to enable the http interface
1. deselect 'show video within the main window'
2. save prefs, quit vlc, restart
3. open web interface http://localhost:8080
4. fullscreen button now does nothing

tested in the 2.0.1 release version

(I have also tested in the 2.0.2 nightly - but fullscreen from the http interface doesn't work there at all at the moment.)
