launching installation: "Unable to elevate, error 1814"

I downloaded version VLC 2.0.1 several times, even after restarting my Windows7-PC, but always the same error-report appears: "Unable to elevate, error 1814". What is your solution?? I am not able to use VLC anymore! Regarding,
