Audio Device selection is not remembered/saved for HDMI out.

VLC settings for audio device are not remembered when program is started.

I am using an iMac 21.5 Inch, Late 2009 (This model supports Audio out on external HDMI monitor port).

I have a Samsung 1080P HDTV connected to this computer via HDMI and use VLC to play movies on the TV.

But when playing new movies, the Audio settings always revert to playing on the Computers internal speakers (Built-In Output) instead of routing the audio to the TV's (HDMI) port.
