Changing the audio output (module/settings) through the preferences does not have any actual effect.

Reporduction:
- Open preferences (Audio Output)
- Change to a different output module or change settings for the current module
- Save changes
- Start playback
- Wonder since it will still use the old output settings.
When updating from a previous VLC version (e.g. 2.0.0) the output settings from that version will work.
System: Windows 7 64bit VLC Version: Win32 2.0.1
