"Subtitles Track > Open File..." is disabled after selecting a subtitle file

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a video file from Finder
2. Select a subtitle file via "Subtitles Track > Open File..."
3. Try to select a different subtitle file via "Subtitles Track > Open File..."

The last step won't work, because the menu item is greyed out. Completely quitting VLC and restarting it fixes the problem. Reopening the movie or opening another movie without quitting VLC does not work.

• Type of movie: reproduced with avi/xvid and mkv/x264; subtitles are .srt files
• VLC version: 2.0.0 (Preferences removed after upgrading to 2.0.0)
• OS: Mac OS X 10.7.3
• Hardware: 2009 Macbook Pro
