Subtitles in PGS format are always right-aligned when playing mkv files

I have some mkv files with subtitles in PGS format, and when played in VLC, they are all right-aligned. Media Player Classic displays them centered. You can find sample here: http://www.mediafire.com/?u05blptaa17bua1
