DirectX(DirectDraw) mode problem

I've got some problem with DirectDraw output mode on new Nvidia Drivers (problem since GeForce 285.62 Driver WHQL, on GeForce 280.26 Driver it works great), only in this mode I got no lags in movies on second display. It doesnt work on second display but it work on main, may be it Nvidia problem or newer version of derectdraw, just wanna notice you about it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q0EEswNOou4
