Resize but keep correct proportions

Have a preference to resize the window proportionately while a video is playing.

I find myself trying to eliminate the black bands after resizing which takes some time and a steady hand.

Maybe it can be grouped with #6019 (closed) or should atleast be somewhere near each other code wise
