Preferences Dialog Various

Some small things that don't really warrant a separate ticket.

In Basic Preferences -> Input & Codecs -> Caching: Default is Custom after a Delete Preferences... I would expect it to say 'normal' or 'default'.
In All Preferences -> Any dialog with lots of items (e.g Video) with the default Lion scrollbar there is no indication there is stuff located offscreen.
This is probably my imagination but didn't Deinterlace en Deinterlace Mode be part of the Basic preferences dialog? I can't seem to find then there.
