vlc is shwoing "ctrl" instead of "strg" in the german translation for the shortcuts

Testet on vlc 1.1.13 (ubuntu 12.04)

the menues are showing shortcuts like "ctrl + a" but in germany the key is called "strg" instead of "ctrl" so this should also be translated.
