Video is shifted with OpenGL GLX video output (XCB)

OpenGL GLX (XCB) works fine for me on 1.2.0 git20111104 but on 1.3.0 git20120109 it doesn't work properly.

1080p video is may be displayed fine in windowed mode but shifted upward in fullscreen mode or 1080p video may be shifted down and reduced width in windowed mode but displaying fine in fullscreen mode.

720p is always displayed fine in windowed mode but attached to the upper left corner in fullscreen mode.

Window manager is KWin 4.7.4 (that working in OpenGL mode at this moment, not OpenGL ES). VLC 1.3.0 git20120109 installed from ppa:videolan/master-daily PPA on Kubuntu 11.10.

Bug is doesn't reproduced with xv or X11 video output.
