some subtitles not showing in transcode

this applies to some subtitle files. I have uploaded a sample to ftp.videolan.com/incoming/LegendShort.zip

the subtitle does show in a 1.2 build from dec 2010 (revision df805945) the subtitle does not show in the 1.2 nightly from 30/Dec/2011

I have tested the nightly on mac and windows.

the subtitle is detected and loaded according to the log http://pastebin.com/ssLqgjS9

if the sample file is loaded in the normal UI, then the subtitle shows correctly
