VLC doesn't want to playback Blu-ray from folder with cyrillic name

When I move Blu-ray data folder from /home/user/Видео/WALL-E to /home/user/WALL-E there is appear another error https://trac.videolan.org/vlc/ticket/5637 so then curyllic symbols in the path make the difference.

VLC version is 1.2.0~git20111110 (installed from ppa:videolan/master-daily). libbluray version is git20110717.3477b65 (installed from Ubuntu Oneiric repository).
